This policy statement gives information about Lexicon’s privacy policy as it affects our clients. Please note that, by using our services, you agree with the terms stated herein.

Lexicon Translations (“Lexicon”) was established in 1992 in Italy by a team of language and business graduates to provide translation and other language-orientated services primarily to companies (business to business). We have expanded the range of services and today provide copy writing services and other marketing-/advertising-related services in the area of web consulting, website creation and management, and website Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
Lexicon is committed to protecting the privacy of personal data received at our offices. Our internal and external colleagues who assist us in providing our services have signed Framework Privacy Agreements, in so doing undertaking to respect current privacy laws regarding the protection of clients’ personal and confidential information.
We may record, process or otherwise deal with personal information relating to your clients or third parties but will use this information exclusively for providing the appointed service and for meeting our accountancy obligations (Italian).
To provide our services, we may ask for such personal information such as name, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number/s. We may also require credit and billing information.
You choose whether to provide information to us. If you choose not to, we may be unable to provide our services to you and/or provide certain features of our site. By providing personal information to us, you allow Lexicon to deal with your personal information in accordance with current Italian law.
Authorized personal data (e.g. name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and other information) may be collected to provide our services or to give you additional information about our services. Correspondence from you may be collected in a file specific to you. Lexicon may use your e-mail and regular mailing address to send you information about our Services and other matters we believe will be of interest to you. On written request, we will provide you with the means to verify that your personal information is correct and current. You can will be entitled to challenge the accuracy and completeness of the information, and to have it amended or deleted as appropriate.
