Hello, I’m Enrico Ladogana (pronounced “la-dogana”!). This is to talk about how long we will take to deal with your requests.

 

I am head of IT and network systems at Lexicon. With a Masters degree in Economics and specialisation in IT, my chosen area of specialisation is web, security and confidentiality. I ensure that all projects and information coming into and going out of Lexicon (a lot of material) is dealt with according to strictest security and confidentiality principles. Our client international law firms, blue-chip companies and government agencies are never let down. Our undertaking is to make daily checks to verify that our system is intact and virus-free, that no invasive software has in any way entered our system, and that no information has been leaked out.

You have my personal assurance that all data is treated with utmost confidentiality and held only for the minimum time necessary for producing the service you require from us. In addition, I am available to discuss together how to improve confidentialiy between Lexicon and you, possibly through digital signatures, encryption/data compression/passwords and so on.
