STEP ONE – LET US KNOW YOUR NEEDS

For a general idea of price for a given language combination, please let us know: 1. source language (the language of the original document)

2. target language (the language into which you want the document translated)

For a better idea of price for a document you need translating, please let us know:

1. source language

2. target language/s

3. topic or subject area - please be as specific as possible!

4. end use (who will read the translation)

5. length of original text in words or keystrokes including spaces and punctuation

6. format of your original file (e.g. MS Word, PowerPoint, PDF etc.)

Better still: for a concrete and specific price, please answer the above 6 points plus:

7. send us your source document.

 

N.B. We guarantee your privacy. Your documents are received expressly for the purpose required - in this case a quotation. So, if you do not approve our quotation, we will delete your document immediately. If you do confirm your order, we will delete it from our records upon payment. We will never divulge or sell information (including e-mail addresses) to anyone.

STEP TWO - You receive our quotation and confirm acceptance

Receiving our offer is as easy as checking your e-mail. We confirm details of your requirements, notify a price, delivery date and how to pay us. You confirm your acceptance by returning an email or other legally-valid means.

STEP THREE – While you get on with other things, we work and deliver

Enjoy the peace of mind that we are working for you as professionally as possible. And that delivery will be by the guaranteed deadline.

STEP FOUR - You confirm all is well and settle the payment

After you receive the translated document, take your time to view it for a few days. We remain your point of contact for all post-delivery aspects. Only when you are satisfied that the job meets your requirements will we ask you to settle the bill.
